Christopher V. Graziano, Esq.
Special Counsel – Criminal Defense
Christopher V. Graziano brings more than 25 years of dedicated criminal defense experience to clients throughout Nassau and Suffolk County. Christopher has built a reputation for aggressive, strategic advocacy on behalf of individuals facing criminal charges — from misdemeanors to serious felony offenses.
Christopher earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 2000 and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Early in his career, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County, where he gained invaluable insight into how prosecutors build and pursue criminal cases. That experience on the other side of the courtroom now gives his clients a distinct advantage — Christopher understands exactly how the prosecution thinks, what evidence they prioritize, and where their cases are most vulnerable.
Throughout his career, Christopher has represented clients in matters involving DWI/DUI, drug offenses, assault, domestic violence, theft and larceny, white-collar crime, and violations of probation, among many others. He is well-versed in every stage of the criminal process, from arraignment and bail applications through pre-trial motions, negotiations, and trial.
Christopher’s approach is rooted in the belief that every client deserves a thorough, individualized defense. He takes the time to understand the full context of each case, works closely with clients to explain their options in plain terms, and fights to protect their rights, freedom, and future at every turn. His deep familiarity with local courts, judges, and prosecutors throughout Nassau and Suffolk County — sharpened by his own years as a prosecutor — allows him to anticipate challenges and build effective defense strategies tailored to each jurisdiction.
Clients turn to Christopher for his responsiveness, candor, and unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible outcome — whether that means securing a dismissal, negotiating a favorable plea, or taking a case to trial.
Christopher is Special Counsel to the MontanaroLaw P.C. team, where he provides Long Island residents with skilled, compassionate criminal defense representation.
